Here are a few things that you might want to keep in mind for next time:
1. Because you are not using lineart for digital painting, you have to create high contrast and definition in other ways. You've got some of the shading down, but it still looks flat and undefined. Next time, use darker and darker shades, and also, create more folds in the fabric!
2. Both characters' hair needs more dark-shading as well. For instance, where Itachi's bangs fall down overtop his hair, the hair underneath needs to be darker. It would also be worth your while to add more random strands of dark hair, to give them both some more volume.
I think this is a great start with digital painting! With practice, I think you will become very good at it.
