Description

A long time ago, when that official team 7 art came out, I drew a picture of elf!Sasuke Ever since then, I've wanted to do some LOTR themed Itasaku and some Elf! Itachi with a dragon. Nothing has worked out until now.
This was originally made for a mini contest themed 'lanterns', but life got in the way and it didn't get done in time :/
